• Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.
• All orders are shipped within 48-72 from order confirmation date.
• We will ship your order via USPS or UPS. We will choose the best service for your area.
• Order tracking will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase!
• If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return your items within 30 days of ship date.
• Damaged items or an error in shipping must be reported to us with 7 days of receipt.
• Return and original shipping charges are not refundable.
• Your return will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt at our location.

Tula uses a custom size chart. We recommend measuring your head in cm for accuracy. To find out which of our sizes fit you please check out the Sizing Guide page.
