If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return your items.
Return Policy
- CHRISTMAS EXCHANGE REFUND: For the Holiday Season we will accept returns through January 31, 2025.

- REDO FREE RETURN SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES, STORE CREDIT, & REFUNDS (available in US only):- By selecting Redo Free Return for $3.98 your shipping cost will be covered on returns.
- The Redo Free Return Shipping cannot be removed from an order once the order has been placed. - If your new hat doesn’t fit, need a
different size, or if your purchase didn't work out, just follow the link
below to initiate a return or exchange.- - Items must be returned within 30 days of ship date.
- Items must be returned in original or similar sized box, unworn condition and with tags attached.
- Items must be in sellable condition.
We do not refund the original
shipping charge.- We do not accept items to be
exchanged that were already previously exchanged. - Pack in original box or similar box. No need to add tissue paper, Styrofoam peanuts or other packing materials.
- Returns through our return portal shipping costs are estimated below.
• Flat rate return shipping for most US customers is $12 - $20. If you opted in for REDO shipping you will get a free return label
Tula only accepts returns purchased directly from us. If you purchased from one of our retail partners you will need to contact them directly.

Is your hat too big?
Consider adding some hat sizing tape. You can order through us or find this product at your local hardware stores.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available if you opt in for REDO shipping.
If you do not have REDO Please return the unwanted item(s) and place a new order.
We recommend placing your new order before returning your original hat. That way you can make sure your new purchase works out before shipping the original hat back. In case the new hat does not work out you can ship them both back together in one box to save money on shipping.
Contact us to discuss the problem before sending the product back. We will need your name, order number and a clear picture of the item.
